The formal seating area has a comfy L-shaped sofas, a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and Bose sound system. The dining area has 8 seating dining table and separated by a marble-topped table counter for meal preparation is a fully equipped service kitchen furnished with a set of kitchen cabinet and fridge.
The villa has a spacious outdoor living space too. The 14 x 3 meters swimming pool is surrounded by tropical garden and it fronted by the main pavilion. There is also a wooden pool deck with sun loungers.

This villa offers four identical bedrooms, Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the other two are located on second floor of the main pavilion accessed via a unique stairs. Each bedrooms with air-conditioned furnished with king-size bed, beside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet and drawers, a black-out curtain for privacy and an en-suite bathrooms with an indoor shower room reached via the walk-through dressing area.
